The preparation and presentation of trading information.

We prepare to the highest standards, from clients records and other information provided, annual accounts. These are for submission to HM Inspector of Taxes, Customs and Excise, Companies House, the Stock Exchange and other bodies ( company auditors, financial institutions etc..) as requested by our clients.

We prepare these accounts from the information supplied to us. These may be in many differing formats. From the 'shoebox' collection of papers to large computerised accounting systems. We are able to manage many differing software packages either utilising our own software or using by agreement our clients own software.

We have many simple computerised accounting systems of our own design which can be supplied for the clients own use. These can be tailored to a business's specific circumstances. We also provide full instruction on their use.  

We prepare all of our accounts to audit standard. By adopting this approach we are able to reduce our clients independant auditors fees.
