We have a policy of using plain language whenever possible in our dealings with our clients. We try at all times to explain how laws, rules and regulations work as we do not consider that clients should be kept unaware of what effects them.
We have a policy that all clients whatever their size and requirements are treated equally in that they are given exactly the same levels of professional and courteous service.
We have a policy that it is better to undertake preventative measures then to retrospectively solve any problems that may arise during the lifetime of a business. Effectively it is better to spend a little extra time on the accounts preparation than to spend a greater amount of time involved in dealing with an investigation by HM Revenue and Customs.
